A weekend sweep for the Southwestern Oregon volleyball team in NWAC matches. The Lakers won Friday at Clark College, Vancouver, WA, 3-2, and then topped Mt. Hood Saturday, 3-2 at Gresham. SWOCC (6-4, 12-10) hosts Chemeketa Friday, Oct. 20. Southwestern’s men lost a home soccer match Saturday to visiting Portland 3-1. The Lakers (0-8-3, 0-10-3) play at Chemeketa, Salem, Wednesday, 1:30 p.m.
