A couple of earthquakes were recorded on the two fault lines that run parallel with the Oregon Coast. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, a 4.5-magnitude quake was recorded on the outer fault line west to southwest of Tofino, Canada early Wednesday morning, and a 3.4-magnitude was recorded at the southern end of the two fault lines west of Petrolia, CA, Tuesday, near Cape Mendocino in Northern California.
