After two-days of seismic activity off the South Oregon Coast, the two fault lines that run parallel with the Oregon Coast have been quiet, except for the southern junction. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, a 3.1-magnitude earthquake was recorded where the two fault lines begin, west of Petrolia, CA, near Cape Mendocino in Northern California.
