A 47-year old Portland male was found deceased in a Cape Meares home on the North Oregon Coast Saturday, July 8, 2023. The Tillamook Co. Major Crimes Team responded to investigate. A suspect, 31-year old Blake Morriss, of Portland, has been booked into the Tillamook Co. Jail under several felony charges. Investigators are searching for 41-year old Heather Lee Williams, also of Portland, who allegedly fled the residence prior to police arrival. The Tillamook Co. Sheriff’s Office reports the victim died of several gunshot wounds.
