Clackamas County, Ore. 29 May 24- Oregon State Police Major Crimes Section is investigating the murder of an adult male in Clackamas County. On Wed., May 29, 2024, at 5:43 a.m., Oregon State Police responded to the report of an adult male lying on the right shoulder of Interstate 5 southbound near the Charbonneau offramp (exit 282). The initial reports indicated the victim was possibly struck by a vehicle. OSP responded to the area and discovered Oscar Lizardo Chaidez (42) of Salem deceased. A subsequent investigation by OSP and the Clackamas County Medical Examiner’s Office revealed Chaidez was the victim of a homicide. At this time, further information is unavailable due to the ongoing investigation.
