The Ghosts & Goblins will be aplenty around the Bay Area this evening as Halloween 2023 brings out the fun and candy aimed mostly at the little ones, but some adults also get in the theme of things with their own costumes. Fun for all. Coos Bay Downtown Association will have their members participating with candy giveaways. Look for the orange placards in their windows from 3 to 5 p.m.
