GB Ranger District Firefighter killed in Accident near Powers, Aug. 7

A 21-year old firefighter with the Gold Beach Ranger District was killed in an on-duty vehicle accident Friday near Powers. According to reports, Benjamin Charles Sapper, from Boulder, CO, was working for the District as a hand-crew member.
