The North Bend Public Library is inviting all teens to a Dirty Soda Party on Monday, July 8 at 4:00 PM. Teens can create their own dirty soda, by mixing their choice of soda with flavored syrups and cream. Teens can experiment with different flavors to create their own custom drink. Snacks will also be provided. The program is for teens ages 13-18, and no registration is required. This program is part of the Summer Reading Program at the North Bend Public Library.
