With one opposing vote, the North Bend City Council during a Special Session called Monday, Aug. 14, 2023, decided to conduct an investigation by a third party into alleged “potential violations of Council Rules and complaints that an individual councilor has created a hostile work environment towards the City Administrator based upon allegations of harassment, disparagement and accusations of violation of the law.” Councilor Larry Garboden made the motion with Councilor Pat Goll’s second. Councilor Susanna Noordhoff voted against the motion.
