A 3.1-magnitude earthquake shook the outer fault line of the two that run parallel with the Oregon Coast Tuesday, Aug. 15. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake was located west of Langlois in Northern Curry Co. Further north, a 4.4-magnitude quake also shook the main fault line just west of Haida Gwaii, Canada.
