A 2.6-magnitude earthquake was recorded off the South Oregon Coast early Sunday morning, May 26th. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake was located between the two fault lines that run parallel with the Oregon Coast, west to southwest of Port Orford, in Curry Co. On Sunday, a 2.6-magnitude quake was recorded at the southern end of the two fault lines, west of Ferndale, CA, near Cape Mendocino in Northern California.
