The Oregon Department of Revenue has added Instagram and Threads to its social media channels. As the agency that collects the revenue that Oregon counts on, we know that communicating with Oregon taxpayers is critical. Adding the two new channels to our presence on Facebook and LinkedIn will provide additional ways for us to connect to Oregonians as we seek to create a clear and easy experience for our customers. You can also find us on YouTube, where we post videos to help taxpayers complete tasks, use Revenue Online, and learn about tax credits. We hope you will find our posts helpful, whether you’re a tax professional, a business owner, or an individual taxpayer. If you are active on any of these social media channels–Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, or Threads–please help us expand our reach by following us and by sharing our content with your friends and online neighbors. We monitor our pages Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. every week. If you have a question, we will do our best to answer it as quickly as we can. Comments must follow our Social Media Comment Policy. We aren’t able to discuss your specific confidential tax information in a public forum. We do answer more general questions and we’ll connect you to the right place to get your specific tax questions answered.
