Arizona squeezed out a 4-3 win in the final game of the regular season at Tucson, AZ Saturday to give the Wildcats the 2024 Pac-12 Championship over Oregon State. The two teams were tied going into the finale after the Beavers won the first two games of the three-games series, 9-2 Thursday and 16-1 Friday. OSU (19-10, 41-13) plays Stanford Wednesday, May 22, 10 a.m., at Scottsdale, AZ on the Pac-12 Networks. Oregon ended the Pac-12 regular season with a sweep of visiting Washington State at PK Park, Eugene. On Thursday the Ducks won 9-2, Friday, 8-4 and Saturday, 10-4. Oregon (19-11, 37-16) plays Utah, Wednesday, May 23, 2:30p, Scottsdale, AZ, Pac-12 Networks.

Oregon’s run into the NCAA Softball Tournament ended Sunday with a 3-2 loss to three-time defending champion Oklahoma, 4-3, Sunday, at Norman, OK. The Ducks opened on Friday with an 8-0 win over Boston U., on Saturday, Oregon lost 6-3 to Oklahoma, but eliminated Boston U. with an 8-2 win Saturday setting up Sunday’s finale. Sooners advance, Ducks season ends at 30-21.
